Hotel Rooms Now Available!

You can now book a room! The con rate is $65/night for standard rooms and $69/night for kings. To make a reservation call (816)245-5500, and say you are with Ahn!Con. Rooms must be booked by December 15th to get the con rate.

Thanks to all of you who took the time to let us know how we did with Ahn!Con, we have drawn the winner of the free badge, and have sent them an email with their code for a free badge to Ahn!Con 2014! So check your mail. If you didn’t win, there’s no time like the present to get your badge for next year for just $25, now thru mid-april.

We are already starting plans for next year, and it is looking great so far, thanks again to all of you who let us know what you liked and what you didn’t, and what we just had to bring back next year. We appreciate the input and the overwhelming support you have all shown for our little yaoi con. We hope to keep it going for many years to come!

New Year, New Theme, New Art

…And we are go for 2014, thank you all that came to our inaugural Ahn!Con a few weeks back. We are going to be the same weekend at the same place next year (so don’t believe the back of the program book, we will indeed be at the Ramada a second year). Our theme for 2014 is “Keep Calm and Carry Ahn!” hence the princes and crowns in the “in progress” art up in the header thanks to Countless Dreams. (We’ll be adding more header art as we get it in, but since the con is still a work in progress at this stage, I find it fitting to have some sketches up early.) Hopefully panel registration will be up sometime next month, and pre-registration will be opening soon, so we hope to see you all (and more) back next year for more yaoi goodness!
